Thanks to Bolton for help with my AC. It went out 5/27 and company was coming 5/28. I called the emergency line and Ricky promptly called me back. We discussed the problem and decided to wait until the next day for repair. I called and left a message on the main line. I got a call about 7am the next morning and was told I could be worked in for a repair.
Ricky arrrived around 10 am. He got right to work and had me back up and running cool in about an hour. He was very pleasant and definitely puts a good customer service face on the Bolton company. More companies need his type in their ranks. I am also appreciative of the time you spent with me just a couple of weeks ago to set up my new service contract. That made it easy to know who to call and what to expect.
My heat pump broke down in the dead of winter and I have a small daycare in my home so of course I needed it fixed pronto. I called Bolton and they sent out a tech who repaired the system in a jiffy and was even quiet so he didn't wake the kids up at nap time. Thanks Bolton.
I was in a bind when I called Bolton, I had no hot water, so I needed an electrician and a plumber, and because of my busy schedule I needed them both to come at the same time, and complete the job promptly so that I could carry on with my day. Well not only did they fix my problem, but they also came on time, were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I’m putting Bolton Service on my speed dial for future emergencies.
I just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the service we received from Bolton Service and Construction on Sunday, January 24th. The Blenheim Condominium Association had an issue come up with a “mystery” electrical line that needed immediate attention due to an unrelated issue with a gas line/furnace underneath one of our units. I called the after hours service line on Sunday afternoon and received an immediate call-back from your on-call electrician, Emerson. Emerson told me he would be out shortly and about 45 minutes later he was at the site. Emerson assessed the situation and recommended a logical course of action to address the “mystery” wire issue. Within about an hour, he rectified the problem that another company had created and our homeowner’s minds were put at ease. Emerson could not have been more professional and we greatly appreciate his responsiveness to our needs, especially in light of the winter weather conditions we were experiencing at that time.
