Bolton Construction & Service is proud to welcome William E. Bolton V to the family business!
William represents the fifth generation of the Bolton family to become part of a company whose roots in Raleigh date back to 1925. His arrival continues a tradition of family leadership, technical knowledge, hard work, and service to the Triangle area that has now endured for more than a century.
Engineering Experience with Local Roots
William is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he earned his degree in civil engineering. His connection to Bolton Construction & Service began before graduation, when he worked as an HVAC apprentice with the company while attending college.
That hands-on experience gave William an early understanding of the skilled work, technical knowledge, and customer service that have helped shape Bolton’s reputation throughout the Raleigh area.
William also gained valuable experience with Shook Construction, first as an intern and later as a full-time member of the company following graduation. During his time there, he contributed to several wastewater system projects in the local area, expanding his experience with complex construction and infrastructure work.
This spring, William reached another important professional milestone by earning his Professional Engineering certification.
Continuing the Bolton Family Tradition
Since William E. Bolton Sr. established the W.E. Bolton Company in 1925, each generation of the Bolton family has contributed its own skills, experience, and perspective to the business.
William E. Bolton V brings a strong engineering education, practical HVAC experience, and a background in local construction projects to the Bolton team. Just as importantly, he shares the family’s longstanding commitment to quality workmanship, honest service, and lasting relationships with customers and employees.
“We are excited to have William join the Bolton family business,” said William E. Bolton IV. His engineering background, field experience, and familiarity with the company give him a great foundation as he begins this next chapter with Bolton.
